Indie Travel Podcast

The Best Travel Podcast – Travel tips and advice for independent explorers of the world.

Helping you travel well since 2006

Indie Travel Podcast - playlist

Meet Your Travel Podcast Hosts

Indie Travel Podcast hosts Craig and Linda Martin started travelling full-time in 2006. From their home in New Zealand, Oceania to Asia, Europe, South America, North America, and Africa. Antarctica remains out of reach!

We love meeting people to share experiences (and drinks!). We seek out lesser known attractions, strange festivals, and plan trips with the breathing space to change plans and explore.

We bounce between hiking (often the Camino) and staying in hostels or AirBNBs to lux accommodation while following our love of wine and spirits.

Explore the site, with over 15 years of travel stories and experiences, download the podcast on iTunes, and — most importantly — travel well!
